Step-by-Step Guide: Uploading Your Work
 

Step 1: Review the Rules and Categories
Before submitting, ensure you’ve read and understood the Rules and Terms, as well as the competition categories.
This will help you ensure your work aligns with the competition theme and guidelines.


Step 2: Prepare Your Images
Ensure your images meet the submission criteria:

  • File format: JPEG or PNG

  • Resolution: 1920 px (longest side) at 72 dpi for initial submission.

  • Finalists will need to provide high-resolution images (2400px x 3600px at 300 dpi).

  • No watermarking or signatures on images.​


Important

  • Name your files in the following format: [Category Name][Your Name][Entry Title]

      Example: Equestrian Enlightenment_JohnDoe_WinterGallop.jpg​​


Step 3: Select Your Category/Categories

  • Choose the category that best fits each of your entry/entries.

  • You can submit work to multiple categories (up to 15 entries total), but make sure each entry is tailored to the specific theme.


Step 4: Upload Your Photos

  • Click on the “Submit Entry” button in your selected category.

  • Upload your image(s) in one go (so select all your uploads at once) and wait for the upload confirmation message.


Step 5: Confirm Your Submission

  • After uploading, carefully review your submission to ensure all information is correct and complete.

  • Confirm the category and ensure all image titles are accurate.
     

Step 6: Submit Your Entries

  • Click the “Submit” button to finalise the submission.

  • Pay the applicable entry fees.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your submission details.

  • Make sure to submit all entries before the deadline (31 May).
