Award and Rewards

Five category winners - One overall winner
Each of the five categories will have a 1st Place winner, a 2nd Place runner-up, a 3rd Place, and five entries that will be Highly Recommended. The 1st Place winners from each of the five categories will then compete for the overall winner title, 'The Equo Photographer of the Year.'
 
Public exhibition
The Equo Equine Photo Award will conclude with a public exhibition in the Netherlands. Winners will have the opportunity to exhibit their work. Participants must finance their print at specific measurements, and exhibiting is voluntary. Details regarding the exhibition location and printing fees for the winners will be provided at a later date or will be communicated directly with the winners.
 
Equo Photographer of the Year Award 2025
At the exhibition, the overall winner will be honoured with the bronze Equo Photographer of the Year award. 

Partnership with L 'Année Hippique - the Equestrian Yearbook
Our category winners will have the incredible opportunity to be published in the prestigious L’Année Hippique coffee table book—a timeless and globally renowned equestrian yearbook that holds a special place in the industry.
